Nurturing Personas

I might be going out on a limb here, but I suspect you’ve probably heard of personas before. If not, then you may have thought about them conceptually. Simply put, a persona is a fictitious person who represents a group of users with shared goals and behaviors. A persona is not defined by its race, gender, age, or demographics. Instead, it is defined by its ability to help explain how and why a type of user will interact with your design.
